This role involves working closely with the Superintendent to help ensure new home construction projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the company’s standards.

The Fleet Manager / Lead Mechanic is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance of the company’s vehicle fleet. Our fleet includes all styles of commercial vehicles including lawn and excavation equipment. This role ensures efficient fleet usage, optimizes costs, improves safety, and ensures regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and experienced in vehicle logistics.
